What I do and what I really do

So... people always ask what I do for a job and I'm usually fairly careful and pick my words wisely so as not to offend their sensibilities (I try to judge how much information they can handle and gauge by the general conversation how much more I should reveal).

I look at cells under the microscope.

Looking for cancer cells and precancerous changes.

And yeah, I do love my job (as much as one can love a job), we are so perfectly suited for each other -but that is kind of another story for another day...
