Batfly

Whenever I think about Mystacinobia zelandica (more commonly known as the New Zealand batfly, and don't tell me you've never heard of it, it was the fly find of the 20th century—not just a new species for New Zealand but an entirely new genus! C'mon, get excited people) I am so thankful that I'm not a blind, wingless, guano-munching batfly (wait a minute, I am wingless but, that's the way it's suposed to be!). What a life eh?!
